Responsibilities: Dealer Order Management: Review and approve dealer spare parts orders in the DMS system, generate warehouse orders, and adjust replacement parts for dealer orders when required. Spare Parts Sales Monitoring: Summarize and monitor weekly spare parts sales performance to support internal business tracking and reporting. DMS Data Management: Maintain and update spare parts information in the DMS system, including LC status, enabling status, etc., and follow up on the creation and adjustment of part information in coordination with internal teams. Continuously identify opportunities for DMS system optimization, propose improvement suggestions, and follow up with the IT team to ensure system enhancements are implemented. Inventory & Shipment Monitoring: Maintain inbound spare parts records for new shipments, monitor spare parts stock data in the DMS system to ensure inventory accuracy, and calculate and track spare parts inventory turnover. Dealer & DG Communication Support: Provide operational support to dealers and DG regarding spare parts orders, parts status, delivery progress, and DMS operations. Track dealer order shipment status, respond to dealer inquiries regarding delivery progress, and provide timely feedback. Communicate spare parts related information such as business policies, delivery schedules, holiday arrangements, and sales targets. Abnormal Case Handling & Cross-functional Coordination: Support abnormal operational cases related to spare parts business, coordinate with DG, Finance, and relevant internal teams for issue resolution (including dealer fund top-ups in the DMS), and provide feedback to the DMS support team for system-related issues. Charging Pile Installation Operations & Coordination: Export installation customer details from the DMS system on a regular basis and notify relevant teams accordingly. Process monthly reimbursement applications for charging pile installation reports and coordinate with the Finance team for verification and settlement. Prepare installation and non-installation data and provide supporting documents for benefits distribution and invoicing. Update spare parts-related complaint cases and follow up on customers’ charging pile installation progress. Provide the Purchasing department with installation site data of suppliers to support cost estimation and pricing. Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements: Chinese prefer or English communication necessary. Bachelor's degree or above (Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields). At least 2 years of experience in spare parts operations, after-sales operations, dealer operations, or supply chain management in the automotive industry. Professional Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with automotive spare parts business processes (dealer orders, spare parts supply, inventory management, etc). Experience with DMS, ERP, or similar operational systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data tracking, analysis, and reporting. Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with dealers, DG, and internal teams. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
