Purpose of the Role The Admission Executive (Chinese Speaking) serves as the primary ambassador and first point of contact for prospective families. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional enrollment experience, managing admissions data, conducting school tours, and building strong relationships with the expatriate and Chinese-speaking communities to support the school’s enrollment goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Enquiry Management & Customer Service Act as the primary point of contact for all admissions enquiries received via email, website, telephone, or in-person. Welcome all visitors upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression of the school. Provide accurate, detailed information to parents regarding the school’s curriculum, facilities, fees, and the status of their application. Guide newly accepted families through the enrollment process, providing all necessary onboarding and orientation information. 2. Admissions Operations & Data Management Accurately input and maintain all admissions data within the school information systems in a timely manner. Process, organize, and securely file all admissions-related documentation and student records. Coordinate student assessments: Primary: Arrange in-class trials, coordinate with teachers and caregivers, welcome families, and children to/from classrooms. Secondary: Coordinate testing schedules with the Information Officer and the applicant's family. Help schedule appointments for prospective parents to meet with the Academic and Leadership teams. 3. Marketing, Outreach & Business Development Conduct comprehensive school tours for prospective families and perform timely post-visit follow-ups. Regularly visit the school’s Playgroup to engage with prospective families looking to join the Early Years program. Actively participate in the planning, execution, and attendance of school and marketing events (including occasional evenings and weekends). Attend Expat Networking Events to represent the school and build brand awareness. Assist the Admissions and Marketing Manager in visiting key marketing companies and feeder schools to drive business development. Support the Marketing team with proofreading, copywriting, and weekly school publications as required. 4. Collaboration & Team Support Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Academic and Administrative teams. Attend weekly meetings with the Academic team to review active admissions cases. Provide operational coverage and support for other Admissions team members during their absence. Complete any additional assignments delegated by the Admissions and Marketing Manager or Admissions Supervisor. Qualifications Nationality: candidates have full working rights for Thailand Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field. Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in client service, customer relations, or hospitality. Prior experience working within an international school environment is highly preferable. Language Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively communicate with international and Chinese-speaking families.. Key Competencies & Personal Attributes Service-Minded: Possesses a genuine passion for hospitality, client service, and supporting families through major transitions. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; able to speak confidently to large groups and high-profile visitors. Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Adaptability: Flexible and willing to support marketing events outside of standard working hours.
