Quality Analyst - Vehicle Logistics (Welcome New Grads)

Job Purpose Responsible for process investigation to find root cause of any non-conformity of products occurring in operations, including issuing investigation reports, statistical analysis, providing corrective and preventive action to ensure root causes of any error have been fixed, monitor customer’s KPI and set up improvement project to ensure KPI will achieve target and improve continually. Key Accountabilities Support, Investigates and analyses to find the real root cause of each error in operations that is caused by non-conformity products. Evaluates risk, audits operations processes and provides preventive and corrective action for any error to ensure operation conforms to international standards. Issues investigation report and follows up to ensure corrective and preventive actions have been executed. Provides statistical analysis of historical issues. Develop improvement methodologies for analysing client data, with can further improve the effectiveness of operational processes. Monitors customer KPI and customer satisfaction indicator and sets up improvement activity for any feedback from company clients. Designs and reviews processes to ensure chances of operation errors are minimized. Audits operation function to control processes to follow working standard. Performs as member of emergency team and involves in setup and maintenance of emergency service team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields. 0-3 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related functions. Basic knowledge of quality management principles and continuous improvement concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work with data and prepare reports. Good command of Thai and English.
