With a strong reputation for reliability and quality, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Building Supervisor to join our growing team. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Building Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish in the Brisbane region. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise all trades and subcontractors Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials Monitor site safety, compliance, and quality standards Liaise with customers, clients and stakeholders during repair process Resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays Maintain accurate site records and documentation Requirements A trade/tertiary qualification Demonstrated enthusiasm and proven success in meeting deadlines and targets The ability to supervise insurance, renovation and home modification works effectively Demonstrate a strong understanding of complex residential construction and the repair process Current White Card and valid driver's licence Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and building codes Training for industry specific programs will be provided. Builder low rise licence or supervisor licence preferred, not required.
