IT Asset Management Officer

About the role Ensure accurate, efficient, and smooth operations of the IT asset and equipment lifecycle, including acquisition, registration, movement, and retirement. This role involves managing IT expenses and end-to-end coordination, requiring a strong customer focus, commercial mindset, and service orientation. Key responsibilities Manage the full IT asset lifecycle, from procurement to disposal Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and software assets Ensure software license compliance to avoid risks Identify opportunities for cost optimization related to IT assets Provide administrative support for IT operations Generate operational reports and assist with internal/external audits About you Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Computer, Business Administration, or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in IT support administrative tasks and device management Proven experience with the full IT asset lifecycle Practical experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools and Software Asset Management (SAM) High responsibility, good communication, coordination skills, and ability to meet deadlines Good command of English is an advantage Demonstrated ability to manage IT assets effectively to reduce risk, ensure compliance, and optimize costs
