What’s on offer: 12-month fixed-term employment; extension and future placements available following Minimum 30 hours per week Paid at no less than the applicable Living Wage rate Full site induction and health & safety training Ongoing support and supervision Practical experience on a major civil infrastructure project Opportunities to gain industry tickets and recognised training Skills development throughout the placement Potential pathway into ongoing employment We’re looking for people who are: ✔ Reliable and punctual ✔ Hardworking and motivated ✔ Keen to learn and develop ✔ Physically capable of working in a construction environment ✔ Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a team ✔ Genuinely interested in building a career in civil construction ✔ Able to commit to at least 30 hours per week ✔ Based on the North Shore or surrounding areas ✔ Able to reliably get to and from site A driver's licence and reliable transport would be an advantage. You’ll need to meet standard pre-employment requirements, including a drug and alcohol test and relevant background checks. No extensive civil construction experience is required — attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
