Company Overview: PMX Solutions (Thai) Co., Ltd. is a fast-growing company specializing in Data Center design and construction projects across Southeast Asia. As our Thailand business continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on People Experience Manager to lead the People Experience (PX) function for PMX Thailand. This position will oversee the full spectrum of HR and People Operations, covering Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Compensation & Benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, labour compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development . The People Experience Manager will lead the Thailand PX team, including the Senior Talent Acquisition Executive and Senior People Operations Executive , while working closely with the Country Head, regional management, department heads, and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for an HR professional who combines strategic business partnering with strong hands-on execution and is comfortable building HR processes and infrastructure in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. About the role: The People Experience Manager will lead the overall People Experience function for PMX Thailand, overseeing the full spectrum of HR and People Operations, covering Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Compensation & Benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, labour compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development. This role will lead the Thailand PX team, including the Senior Talent Acquisition Executive and Senior People Operations Executive, while working closely with the Country Head, regional management, department heads, and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Lead the overall People Experience function for PMX Thailand, ensuring HR priorities are aligned with business objectives and organizational growth Lead, coach, and provide direction to the Senior Talent Acquisition Executive and Senior People Operations Executive Partner closely with the Country Head, department heads, and regional management on workforce requirements, organizational matters, and people-related decisions Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and People Operations processes for PMX Thailand Ensure HR practices and employment conditions comply with Thai labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies Lead and remain hands-on in the design, implementation, and administration of Compensation & Benefits for PMX Thailand Oversee monthly payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely salary payments Oversee the complete Talent Acquisition function, providing direction and priorities to the Senior Talent Acquisition Executive Oversee People Operations across the complete employee lifecycle, from pre-employment and onboarding through employment changes and offboarding Develop and manage the annual People Experience budget, including manpower costs, recruitment expenses, employee benefits, engagement activities, training, and other HR-related expenditure Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering and/or People Operations At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR managerial or team leadership capacity Strong experience across multiple HR disciplines, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and workforce planning Strong working knowledge of Thai labour law and employment practices Demonstrated experience in developing or improving HR policies, processes, and organizational frameworks Experience managing or overseeing Compensation & Benefits and payroll is essential Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory Excellent Thai communication skills (spoken and written) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with HR systems and recruitment technologies Benefits: Social Security Group Insurance Coverage Provident Fund Annual Leave Entitlement Medical Leave & Hospitalization Leave Learning & Development Opportunities Regional career exposure and international collaboration Opportunity to work on large-scale Data Center projects across Southeast Asia
