We are seeking an AI Engineer to join a growing AI Engineering team focused on developing enterprise-scale AI solutions for business users across multiple markets. You will play a key role in building and scaling enterprise AI solutions that support business decision-making, operational efficiency, and digital innovation. Working within a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Software Engineers, you will help bridge the gap between experimentation and production by delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable AI applications. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives involving Generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning platforms, enterprise search, and data-driven decision support solutions used by business teams across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain production-grade machine learning and AI applications. Build and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and workflow orchestration frameworks. Develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI. Design and optimize data retrieval and search capabilities using vector search, hybrid search, and enterprise data platforms. Collaborate with Data Scientists to productionize machine learning models and analytical solutions. Build and maintain APIs, middleware services, and supporting microservices. Implement monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting for AI applications. Design CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for AI and ML workloads. Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability. Work closely with global stakeholders to deliver AI solutions across multiple markets and business units. Preferred Experience Proven experience developing, deploying, and supporting AI solutions in production environments, with a strong understanding of scalability, reliability, monitoring, and operational best practices.Experience designing and implementing AI agent workflows, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks. Fluent in English is required; Cantonese is preferred.
