About the role The Project Coordinator plays a critical support role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with project milestones and practice standards. This role acts as the frontline of project delivery — supporting project teams through program coordination, documentation management, consultant liaison, reporting, meeting administration, contract administration, and project governance. The ideal candidate is highly organised, commercially aware, process-driven, and comfortable operating within a fast-paced design-led environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate project workflows across all design and delivery stages Assist in maintaining project programs, timelines, and milestone tracking Monitor action items, deliverables, and project deadlines Support project resourcing coordination in collaboration with Principal, Project Management and leadership Prepare and maintain project schedules and status reports Monitor and report on activity that meet social commitments embedded in project related consultancy agreements Liaise with internal teams, consultants, clients, and external stakeholders to gather data for reporting Monitor project progress against scope, program, and key deliverables Maintain project filing systems and digital document control protocols Assist with the issue and transmittal of drawings, reports, submissions, and correspondence Manage social impact contractual commitments About you 3+ years' experience in project coordination, architectural administration, contract administration, or design practice operations Experience within architecture, design, construction, or related professional services Strong understanding of project delivery stages in Australian architectural practice Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organisational and multitasking capability Strong attention to detail and process accuracy Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills Experience with project management/document control platforms Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Administration or other relevant qualification, desirable General familiarity with construction documentation and workflows, desirable
