About the role We are seeking an exceptional Front of House - Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic team at Sugar(ed) . This part-time role will be based in our studios in Singapore , and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and engaging manner. Cashiering duties and inventory management. Answering and screening incoming phone calls, and addressing client enquiries. Providing administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing bookings, and handling other tasks as required Maintaining high standards of housekeeping of our studios at all times Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative duties to support the wider team What we're looking for An interest and passion for the skin and beauty industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service A positive, SWEET, and professional attitude Requirements: Work Location will be at either studio location whenever necessary: Bukit Timah Katong Upper Thomson Downtown Working hours: Weekdays 10:30am to 8:30pm. Weekends 9:30am to 6:30pm. Public Holidays 9:30am to 7:30pm Full-days only. No shifts Must be able to work on either one of the following workday combinations: Fridays & Saturdays Saturdays & Sundays Sundays & Mondays Remuneration: $88 per workday Important information: Openings Available: 2 spots This post will be closed once the spots are filled.
