" If you manage enterprise Microsoft 365 environments and know the real difference between configuring Entra Connect and designing Conditional Access — this role will feel familiar. Just at a much bigger scale " ABOUT THE ROLE You'll be part of the IT Infrastructure team within Central Retail Digital — the tech arm of Thailand's largest retail group. This role owns Microsoft 365 for 60,000+ users across multiple business units, brands, and locations nationwide. Not support. Not helpdesk. You engineer it, you own it. WHAT YOU'LL DO Administer and evolve the full M365 stack: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive — at 60,000+ user scale Design and maintain Hybrid Identity architecture via Entra Connect — sync rules, filtering, troubleshooting end-to-end Implement and manage Conditional Access policies, MFA, and Identity Protection across a complex multi-BU environment Own M365 Security: DLP, Microsoft Purview, Defender for Identity and Endpoint Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API Collaborate with Security and IAM teams to manage user lifecycle across the organization WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments — the bigger the scale, the better Solid Entra ID / Azure AD skills: Conditional Access, RBAC, SSO, identity lifecycle management Real experience implementing or troubleshooting Entra Connect — not just knowing it exists Practical knowledge of M365 Security stack: DLP, Purview, Defender — hands-on, not just theoretical PowerShell scripting ability — written by you, not copied from Stack Overflow Microsoft certifications (MS-102, SC-300, SC-400) are a strong advantage WHY JOIN US Own M365 for 60,000+ users — one of the largest Microsoft 365 environments in Thailand's private sector Work across multiple brands and business units: Central Department Store, Tops, OfficeMate, B2S and more Stay current with modern Microsoft stack: Entra ID, Purview, Copilot ecosystem A team that invests in people — clear career paths across both technical and leadership tracks Hybrid working + comprehensive corporate benefits
