About the role We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role is order fulfilment, managing the process from order entry to delivery for both local (Singapore) and international customers. This position requires accuracy, responsiveness, and strong coordination skills to ensure customer satisfaction, helping to create a positive customer experience and strengthen customer loyalty. You will be working with Microsoft D365 ERP to process orders and support related documentation. Beyond order fulfilment, you will also assist with quotations and provide administrative support for office operations and team activities. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end order process, from order entry to delivery, for both local (Singapore) and overseas customers. Process customer orders accurately in Microsoft D365 ERP, including preparation of shipping documents (e.g., CIPL) and application of Country of Origin certificates when required. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding delivery schedules, stock availability, and order status through phone, email, and other communication channels. Maintain complete and accurate records of orders received, delivery updates, and customer tracking information. Coordinate closely with the warehouse team on incoming shipments, packing, and timely dispatch of customer orders. Assist in preparing quotations and supporting sales-related documentation. Manage and maintain sample stock (sample boards and marketing items) in the office, ensuring requests are fulfilled with proper approval. Support marketing events such as seminars, road shows, etc. Provide administrative support, including liaising with building maintenance for office issues and coordinating welfare activities (e.g., team dinners, events, refreshments, materials). Handle general office purchases, including monthly office consumables and other approved items. About you Previous experience in customer service, call centre, sales support or a related customer-facing role is preferred and training will be provided. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer literacy, including email and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with D365 or similar ERP system will be an advantage.
