We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Project Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering impactful programs that shape the character and future of our youth. You will be a key driver in our mission, building strategic partnerships and turning ideas into successful, real-world activities. https://www.shinetak.org/ Job Description: Program Management: Plan, develop, and facilitate a variety of youth-focused programs aimed at promoting positive character development and empowerment. Oversee day-to-day project operations, coordinating tasks and resources to maintain smooth execution and high-quality outcomes. Partnership Building: Proactively build and maintain strong partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, community organizations, schools, media, and service providers to enhance collaboration and extend project impact. Drive and coordinate with internal stakeholders, service providers, and partners to ensure the successful execution of projects and events. Content Creation: Create compelling project proposals, detailed reports, press releases and engaging promotional materials. Utilize digital tools and social media platforms to promote programs and engage the community Flexible Work Schedule: Be open to occasional international travel for program-related activities, conferences, or partnerships. Ad hoc Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the Foundation’s mission and operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within the non-profit sector, youth services, or with international projects. Good Command in both written and spoken English and Chinese/ Mandarin. A genuine passion for youth development, community service, and a strong team-oriented mindset. Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and execution skills. Strong Project management skills, multi-tasking under tight deadlines. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (e.g., Photoshop and Illustrator) is an advantage. Willingness to travel and working on weekend for events when required.
