About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Admin Operations Executive to support our sales and operations team. You will be the key link between customers, sales team, and operations to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Manage incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp to maintain accurate customer records Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices, and follow up on payments to ensure timely revenue collection Provide sales team with detailed product information, pricing, and proposal support to facilitate customer engagement Process orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions to maintain stock availability Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and courier companies to support smooth operations and delivery Address customer complaints and deliver effective after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and ERP systems for sales and operations tracking Generate daily and weekly sales and operations reports to inform team decision-making Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or related field 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, inside sales, or operations (entry-level are welcome) Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP/CRM systems is advantageous Good communication skills in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
