Aircraft Technical Records Assistant Officer

Aviation Technical Records Assistant Officer --Workplace in Songkhla Province-- Brief Job Description: The Technical Records Assistant Officer reports directly to the Technical Records Officer or the Maintenance Planner in periods of absence. This position shall process, code, store and retrieve documents and follow schedules for the aircraft technical records and manage the retention of documents and files according to established policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to): Update the journey log and related documents on a daily basis Review and recheck accuracy of Aircraft Technical Log (ATL) and related documents Record compliance of all Service Bulletins, Service Letters, and Airworthiness Directives Review all Aircraft flying times, landing cycles, engine cycles in aircraft technical log Calculate component time cycle Control the Technical Department Archives, ensure that the archive is a secure environment Prepare a daily maintenance forecast for each aircraft Cross check hours, sectors, cycles with Flight Operations Officer before updating the technical records database Review and recheck documentation for unserviceable parts Support maintenance record to Planner, Technical Director and auditor as required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any fields 1-2 years of experience as Data Records Officer, Admin Officer or similar functions Good command of English Excellence in Microsoft Office package Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance is advantage Our Company offers a competitive remuneration package to the right candidates -- housing allowance, mobile allowance, healthcare coverage, provident fund and uniform.
