About the role This role involves quality assurance and quality control responsibilities for an electronics manufacturing facility, including daily product inspection, process compliance monitoring, and quality reporting. Key responsibilities Inspect finished electronic products daily Monitor and verify that the factory quality department operates according to established processes Analyze product quality data and repair quality Prepare periodic quality reports Conduct internal quality inspections during production at the workplace Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and On-site Quality Assurance (OQA) reports Provide training to QC/QA team members Assist the manager with quality management tasks Manage internal and external inspection bookings and scheduling Track daily inspection issues with inspectors and issue formal inspection results and final reports About you Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or product testing Proficient and expert-level understanding of AQL sampling principles and inspection reporting Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written Good personality, organized, and easy to work with Mature, enthusiastic, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Excel and Word Ability to start work immediately will be given special consideration
