Account Manager (KOL Agency)

Our client is a Creative Influencer Agency providing end-to-end Influencer Marketing, KOL Campaign, and Digital Marketing services, covering everything from Strategy, Creative Development, and Campaign Execution to Performance Analysis, helping brands achieve meaningful engagement and business results. Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships and act as the main contact for assigned projects. Understand client briefs and develop Influencer / KOL Campaigns that align with brand objectives. Coordinate with Creative, Planner, KOL, Influencer, and internal teams. Manage campaign timeline, budget, content, and deliverables from start to finish. Monitor campaign performance and present reports, insights, and recommendations to clients. Stay updated on Social Media & Influencer trends and bring new ideas to campaigns. Handle client requests and unexpected issues while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Digital / Advertising Agency, or Influencer Marketing. Experience in KOL / Influencer Campaign Management is highly preferred. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management skills. Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure. Experience in team management will be an advantage.
