About the role The HR Manager will be responsible for both regular employees and the company’s network of contract-based, commission-based real estate brokers and sales personnel. The role requires someone who can independently establish and manage HR processes, handle multiple priorities, and provide practical support to management as the organization grows. Key responsibilities Independently manage the company’s overall HR operations and serve as the main point of contact for HR-related matters Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and separation Manage the onboarding and administration of contract-based and commission-based brokers and sales personnel, including contracts, personnel records, accreditation requirements, and other necessary documentation Maintain accurate and organized records for employees, brokers, and other contracted personnel and ensure that appropriate processes are applied to each type of engagement Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, contracts, and internal guidelines appropriate for both employees and contract-based personnel Ensure compliance with applicable Philippine labor laws, government requirements, and company policies Oversee payroll, attendance, leave administration, statutory contributions, and employee benefits Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases, performance concerns, and proper implementation of due process Coordinate performance evaluations, regularization, training, employee development, and engagement initiatives Prepare and maintain HR reports, headcount information, personnel records, and other HR data required by management Proactively identify HR and operational issues, recommend solutions, and follow through on implementation Support general administrative and organizational matters when necessary, particularly in a growing-company environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience in an HR managerial or supervisory role Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and employment practices Experience handling different types of workforce arrangements, including regular employees and independent contractors, commission-based personnel, sales agents, or similar arrangements Solid experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR employee-related requirements, and other statutory obligations Highly proactive, independent, resourceful, and able to identify and resolve issues with minimal supervision Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high volume of personnel and documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and confidentiality Experience in the real estate, brokerage, sales, or similar industry is an advantage Key Competencies Independent & Proactive Work Style HR Operations & Compliance Employee & Contractor Management Broker / Sales Force Administration Recruitment & Onboarding Employee Relations Compensation, Benefits & Commission Coordination Philippine Labor Law & DOLE Compliance HR Policy & Process Development Multitasking & Prioritization Problem Solving & Sound Judgment Strong Organization & Attention to Detail
