Key Responsibilities: Data Privacy (60%) Business advisory: act as a trusted advisor to business users, giving practical, risk-based privacy guidance that lets them move quickly while staying compliant. Awareness & policy: keep privacy notices current; run internal communications, and training. Reviews: assess DPAs, NDAs, T&Cs, data-access requests, and marketing campaigns for PDPA alignment. Consent: design and review consent flows across campaigns and products DPIA & ROPA: run impact assessments for new projects and maintain the record of processing activities DSAR: handle data subject requests (access, correction, deletion) end-to-end within regulatory timelines. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of data governance policies, standards, and procedures. Maintain a centralized repository of data governance documentation. Data & AI Governance (20%) Support data governance frameworks — classification, data sharing, data quality, and lifecycle. Help build AI governance: review AI use-case / license requests and responsible AI guidelines. Project Management & Collaboration (10%) Coordinate privacy initiatives end-to-end — plan, track and report progress to stakeholders. Process improvement: continuously review and improve privacy and data-handling processes to make them simpler, faster and more scalable for the business. Work closely with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Data Governance Lead. Coordinate with IT, legal, and business units to promote data-driven culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience in PDPA or related field. Experience in Project coordinator and strong interest in data, information management, or compliance is a plus. Ability to work independently, collaboratively within a team and under pressure environment. Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and regulations. Detail-oriented, organized, proactive and self-motivated Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
