About the role Build and strengthen relationships with suppliers, Buying Offices, and Buying Agents supporting OriginX's European BCO customers. Support onboarding and implementation of new customers and help optimize their Asia supply chain operations. Drive adoption of digital solutions including Logward and Shippeo to improve visibility and operational performance. Contribute to the development and rollout of new service capabilities, including Purchase Order Management. Work closely with customers, suppliers, and OriginX operations teams to enhance collaboration and process efficiency. Gather customer and market feedback to support the continued development of OriginX's products and services. Key responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with customer suppliers, Buying Offices and Buying Agents, driving continuous improvement in supplier collaboration and logistics performance Support onboarding and implementation of European retail and BCO customers, helping optimize Asia supply chain operations Drive adoption of digital platforms such as Logward and Shippeo with customers and suppliers to enhance supply chain visibility and operational efficiency Participate in the development, implementation and promotion of new service capabilities including Purchase Order Management Work closely with customers, suppliers and OriginX operations teams to drive process optimization and service innovation Collect market feedback and customer requirements to support OriginX product and service development Support onboarding and development of new and existing customers across Asia Pacific Drive supplier engagement and digital adoption initiatives Participate in the development and rollout of new OriginX services and solutions Conduct regular visits to suppliers, Buying Offices, customers and partner locations throughout the region to support business development About you Experience working in logistics, supply chain, Buying Offices, supplier management, customer management, or business development roles Solid understanding of international logistics and supply chain operations, particularly within Asia sourcing environments Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills Interest in supply chain technology and digital solutions Strong project coordination and problem-solving capabilities Fluent in Mandarin and English (required) Willingness to travel regularly throughout Asia Pacific Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition and potential to grow into a senior leadership role
