Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain on-premises data center infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, power/cooling systems) Administer and monitor cloud environments on AWS and Microsoft Azure Perform system backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, etc.) Implement and maintain security policies for both on-premises and cloud infrastructure Coordinate with vendors for data center facility management (UPS, cooling, physical security) Perform IT operations in alignment with ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management Monitor service SLAs, system availability, and operational performance. Document infrastructure configurations and standard operating procedures Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in Data Center Operations and/or Cloud Administration Good knowledge of Data Center operations and infrastructure management. Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, etc.) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Storage Accounts, etc.) Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, etc) Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, Load Balancer) Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration. Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions. Basic knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM). Good troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good command of written and spoken English. Certifications (Preferred, not required) AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate VMware VCP CompTIA Server+ / Cloud+
