Supply Chain Management Director (76968)

Salary: 150,000 - 250,000 THB About the role We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Director to lead the company's end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will oversee demand and supply planning, S&OP, inventory, procurement, logistics, and distribution while driving cost efficiency and working capital optimization. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and QA/QC to support business growth and operational excellence. Key responsibilities Develop and execute Supply Chain strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans. Lead Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Distribution. Set and manage inventory targets while minimizing overstock, stockouts, and near-expiry products. Oversee Finished Goods and premium product procurement from local and international suppliers and OEM partners. Manage import operations, international logistics, 3PL providers, and distribution activities. Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality meets company standards. Drive cost reduction, working capital optimization, and continuous Supply Chain improvement. Establish Supply Chain KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and support business decisions. Take ownership of Supply Chain costs, service levels, inventory, working capital, and overall business performance. Lead, develop, and strengthen the Supply Chain team. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and QA/QC teams. What we're looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Business-level English proficiency with experience communicating with internal teams, customers, suppliers, or overseas partners. Experience at Senior Manager or Director level in Supply Chain Management. Hands-on experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Logistics. Experience managing suppliers, OEM partners, 3PL providers, and international logistics. Strong experience managing Supply Chain costs, inventory, working capital, and business performance. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Chinese language proficiency at HSK 4 or above. Proven experience in cost reduction, inventory turnover improvement, working capital optimization, or overall Supply Chain performance improvement.
