About the role This is a strategic HR and General Affairs leadership position responsible for driving HR operations, organizational development, and governance across the organization. The role serves as executive advisor to leadership on talent strategy and organizational design, while managing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring full operational compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities Drive HR Strategic Planning and organizational development to support sustainable growth and business transformation Lead end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, C&B structure design, performance management (MBO/KPIs), workforce planning, and succession planning Oversee employee relations, corporate culture, employee engagement, and strict compliance with Thai Labor Law Serve as executive advisor to leadership on talent strategy and organizational design Direct office administration, facilities management, procurement, asset management, and corporate insurance Ensure full operational compliance with PDPA, Bank of Thailand (BOT) regulatory standards, and internal/external audits Oversee Business Continuity Planning (BCP), risk management, and Data Protection Officer (DPO) committee activities Direct division team leaders, set targets, and align department KPIs with overall business objectives Serve as the primary operational liaison between local management and Japan HQ About you 10–12+ years of progressive HR & GA experience At least 3–5 years in a Senior Managerial or Division Head capacity Background in Japanese MNC is preferable Good command in English language Deep operational understanding of Thai Labor Law, PDPA Core Competencies: HR Strategic Planning, performance management architecture (MBO/KPI), audit defense, executive negotiation, and crisis leadership Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and HRIS/performance systems Remark: Only shortlist candidates will be contacted All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
