P26-0151 Job Descriptions: IT Asset Management: Manage, monitor, and maintain department IT hardware, software, and infrastructure equipment. Basic Programming: Develop basic computer programs and automation scripts to support operations. Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal teams and other departments to ensure seamless IT operations. Qualifications & Technical Skills: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Network Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Fresh Graduate / New Graduate welcome (Prior experience with various IT equipment/systems is a plus). OS & Systems: Proficient in Windows Server and Linux (especially command-line usage). Language: Good command of English (TOEIC score 550+ required). Networking & Hardware: Understanding of Core Networking (IP Address, Subnetting, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Network Devices (Switches, Routers, Firewalls). Knowledge of Server hardware and Storage systems (SAN/NAS). Soft Skills: Continuous learner with a strong interest in technology evolution (On-premise > Cloud > Infrastructure as Code). Exceptional team player who can collaborate well with Dev, Security, and Support teams.
