Key Responsibilities Design and develop software systems to improve organizational efficiency. Oversee software system operations to ensure smooth performance; identify and resolve issues as they arise. Restore software systems to full functionality in the event of failures or system crashes. Qualification Experience in related field 3-5 years Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Computer, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot or design Web & Mobile Application systems. Proficient in programming with Python. Able to work with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL databases. Able to use Crystal Report and Jasper Report. Knowledge and understanding of API integration. Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot ERP, CRM, and E-Commerce systems. Business acumen and ability to generate reports from various systems. Good command of the English language. Strong coordination skills and ability to manage tasks under time constraints. Service-minded, positive attitude, and self-motivated to achieve project goals.
