Our client is a leading global manufacturer of paints and coatings, with a strong presence across the construction and building materials industry. The company offers high-quality solutions for both decorative and protective applications and has an established distribution network across Thailand. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets across Southern Thailand, covering all provinces in the region. Develop and manage Modern Trade (MT) and Traditional Trade (TT) channels, including dealers, distributors, and key accounts. Expand market coverage by identifying new dealers, distributors, and business opportunities across the Southern region. Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and key customers to strengthen market presence and increase sales. Develop and execute regional sales strategies, promotions, and channel activities to maximize sales performance. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Technical, and Customer Service to support channel development and customer satisfaction. Manage sales performance, forecasting, and regional business plans to ensure sustainable growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of sales experience in Construction Materials, Paints & Coatings, Building Materials, or related industries. Strong experience managing MT, TT, Dealer, Distributor, or Channel Sales. Experience covering Southern Thailand with a strong understanding of the local market and customer network. Experience in Project Sales is a plus. Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and commercial skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Southern Thailand.
