Job Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide Digital Transformation projects at Project Manager / Assistant Manager level. Assess business maturity, identify transformation opportunities, and manage multi-stakeholder projects across business, technology, and operations. Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, governance, and executive reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives. Build relationships with business executives, develop transformation proposals and business cases, and identify new business opportunities. Support the development and rollout of digital transformation standards across multiple business units. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Business, IT, Engineering, Management, or a related field. 7–10+ years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, PMO, or Project Management. Proven experience managing enterprise transformation projects within the IT / Technology industry . Strong stakeholder management, project management, business development, presentation, and communication skills. Business-level English communication skills and willingness to travel to other provinces when required. Must have a valid driving license and personal vehicle .
