QC staff (QC first) (Rod End)

P26-0128 Job Descriptions: Process & Quality Control: Control and inspect product quality throughout the entire manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specified standards. On-site Inspection: Perform on-site part inspections using engineering measuring instruments to guarantee accuracy and conformance to specifications. RCA & Investigation: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and immediate investigations upon detecting non-conforming quality products. Quality Reporting: Prepare quality inspection reports and summarize quality data for management presentation. Line Support & Troubleshooting: Partner with the production line to troubleshoot and resolve immediate shop-floor quality issues or abnormalities. Calibration Control: Control and verify the calibration status of all measuring instruments utilized on the production floor. Continuous Improvement: Propose and document process improvement initiatives to effectively reduce defect and waste rates. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering or related engineering fields). Experience: 2–3 years in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or Quality Engineering (QE). Language Skills: Intermediate English proficiency (TOEIC score of 550 or above). Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Gmail, Gemini, and Minitab. Special Skills: Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949, Quality Core Tools, GD&T interpretation, and proficient in CMM Programming. Necessary Competencies: Metrology & Calibration: Expertise in operating advanced precision measuring equipment (CMM, Contour, Profile Projector, Roughness Tester) with a deep understanding of part tolerances. Technical Drawing: High proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical symbols, and GD&T specifications. Statistical & Quality Analysis: Strong skills in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA). Problem-Solving & RCA: Expert in systematic problem-solving using 7 QC Tools, 8D Report generation, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Decision-Making: Ability to make decisive, logical decisions and resolve complex quality issues effectively under high-pressure situations.
