We are seeking a Strategic Planner to develop marketing strategies for our team, effectively addressing client needs and market demands. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business and marketing, both online and offline, and will be capable of analyzing these aspects to formulate effective strategies and manage online media buying. Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic plans and communication strategies based on client objectives, business challenges, consumer insights, and market trends. Conduct research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities. Translate data and insights into clear strategic directions, campaign platforms, and communication ideas . Develop campaign briefs and strategic briefs for Creative, Content, Media, and other relevant teams. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide strategic perspectives to strengthen creative ideas and campaign executions. Work closely with Account teams to understand client business objectives and translate them into strategic solutions. Present strategic recommendations, campaign concepts, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations and optimization directions based on results. Stay updated on consumer trends, social media, digital platforms, culture, and emerging communication trends . Support new business pitches by developing strategic approaches, consumer insights, campaign directions, and presentation materials . Ensure strategic consistency across all communication touchpoints. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related fields . 2–3+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Planning, Strategy, Account Planning, Marketing Strategy, or a related role within an agency or marketing environment. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, marketing communication, digital media, and social trends . Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights. Strong presentation and storytelling skills. Able to develop a strategic story from Business Problem → Consumer Insight → Strategic Direction → Creative Idea → Communication Plan . Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment. Good command of English is a plus.
