Work Location: All Season Place CRC building 41st Floors, Wittayu Road (BTS Ploenchit) Job Description: Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and business applications to ensure stability, security, and performance. Drive AWS cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization projects. Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity, and compliance standards. Oversee IT service delivery, incident management, and SLA performance. Plan and execute IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions. Lead and develop IT teams while managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and IT assets. Monitor risks, drive continuous improvement, and provide strategic IT recommendations to management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information systems management. 8 years of experience working in IT operations, program development. Experience leading and managing medium to large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures, application across various technologies Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring. Understand ITIL Fundamental concept and apply to daily operation. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills and the ability to explain complicated technical information in business terms. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.
