System Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business requirements, design system solutions, and ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid technical background, and hands-on experience working with modern application technologies. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Conduct requirement analysis and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Design system solutions, application workflows, and integration processes. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including Functional Specification (FS), Technical Specification (TS), process flows, and related documents. Collaborate with Business Users, Developers, QA, and Project Managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Support developers by clarifying requirements and reviewing proposed technical solutions. Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment. Perform impact analysis and propose solutions for system enhancements and change requests. Ensure system quality, performance, and maintainability by following development standards and best practices. Work closely with development teams utilizing REST APIs and modern web technologies. Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-production support when required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Science and related field At least 3-6 years or above of experience as a System Analyst or (Software Engineer / Programmer Analyst) Hands-on experience with frameworks and programming languages.
