We're looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to work alongside our lead ECT in shaping and delivering our nature play program, a role built for someone who wants to deepen their skills. This is an ideal role for a new ECT looking to grow with the support of an experienced teacher beside them or for an experienced ECT who'd like to step back from leading a kindergarten program and focus on doing what they love: great teaching, without the weight of running the room solo. Either way, you'll be part of a genuine teaching partnership: planning together, reflecting together, and learning from each other as you bring high-quality, play-based learning to life outdoors.
