Sales & Procurement Coordinator BioChem Scitech Co., Ltd. (BCST) — Pak Kret, Nonthaburi Full-time | 17,000 – 20,000 THB About BCST BCST supplies diagnostic and testing technology to Thailand's food safety, laboratory, and environmental monitoring sectors. We are the appointed distributor in Thailand for manufacturers in Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States — among them Liofilchem, Hydrosense, Randox Food Diagnostics, Accuvin, Bartovation, and Watson. The products we bring into the country are used by food manufacturers, laboratories, and government agencies to detect contamination and chemical residues before they reach the public. Decisions get made on those results either way. Correctness is the standard everything here is held to — and it starts at goods receipt. We are a small team. Everyone carries a wide brief and is accountable for their own work. The role You will run the operational chain from purchase order through to delivered goods and collected payment: sourcing from local suppliers, verifying what arrives, controlling stock, issuing the full sales document set, coordinating delivery, and preparing government tender submissions. Responsibilities Procurement Source products from local distributors and suppliers; compare pricing and terms to secure the best commercial outcome Issue purchase orders through the system and follow them through to delivery Maintain working relationships with local suppliers and resolve supply issues before they affect a client Goods receipt and inventory control Verify incoming goods against the purchase order — catalogue number, lot number, expiry date, quantity, and condition. Precision matters here: with diagnostic products, a single character can separate two entirely different items. Enter stock into the system and keep the physical count and the system record in agreement Monitor stock levels against demand and flag shortfalls early Sales documentation Prepare quotations, delivery notes, billing notes, tax invoices, and receipts Maintain accurate and current records in the accounting system (FlowAccount) Keep the document trail complete and retrievable Delivery and logistics Plan delivery schedules against committed delivery dates Check goods for accuracy and condition before dispatch Book and coordinate third-party transport (Lalamove, Deliveree, courier services) Track shipments and resolve delivery exceptions Billing and collections Coordinate billing schedules and payment terms with clients Follow up outstanding payments accurately and on time Keep the receivables position visible to management Sales support and government tenders Identify government procurement opportunities relevant to BCST's product portfolio Prepare complete, correct document sets for submission through the e-GP system Track submission deadlines and tender requirements Analysis and improvement Review supply chain performance, identify weak points, and propose improvements Anticipate supply risks — supplier disruption, lead-time shifts, stock-out exposure — and act on them before they become client-facing problems Requirements Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, accounting, or a related field Able to read and understand English product documentation accurately — catalogue numbers, specifications, packing lists, certificates of analysis. Written and spoken English is an advantage, not a condition. Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word Basic accounting knowledge Detail-oriented, systematic, and reliable in following work through to completion Able to hold several tasks in parallel without dropping any of them Clear communicator and coordinator Own transport, or able to commute reliably to our office in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi Advantageous Experience preparing and submitting through the e-GP system Working knowledge of FlowAccount Experience issuing purchase orders, quotations, billing notes, tax invoices, and receipts Relevant work experience — though capable new graduates with strong organisational discipline are genuinely welcome to apply What this role offers that a larger company cannot In a large organisation, a coordinator at this level handles one slice of one process. Here, you handle the whole chain — procurement, stock, documentation, logistics, collections, and tender preparation — for products sourced from manufacturers across Europe, the UK, the US, and Asia. You will see how a commercial operation actually works end to end, and your judgement will affect the outcome. That is a rare education, and it compounds. We are direct about this because we would rather attract the person who wants it than surprise the person who does not. WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.
Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.
The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.
Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
