Responsibilities Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements. Perform functional, system integration, regression, end-to-end, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure application quality. Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to improve test coverage, efficiency, and regression testing capabilities. Identify opportunities for test automation and continuously enhance the automation framework and testing processes. Review business requirements and technical specifications to define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and potential risks. Validate Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) configurations, customisations, integrations, and enhancements against business requirements. Execute manual and automated testing, analyse test results, and log, track, and verify defects through to resolution. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to resolve defects and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Perform API, integration, and system testing to validate interfaces with third-party applications and enterprise systems. Additional Requirement Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar automation technologies. Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or other relevant programming languages is an advantage. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) for automated test execution is preferred.
