Clerk of Works (COW) / Assistant Clerk of Works (ACOW) / Works Supervisor (WS)

CLERK OF WORKS / ASSISTANT CLERK OF WORKS (COW / ACOW) Requirements: Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building / Building Studies from Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College or equivalent; and Attained “Level 2” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or “Grade E” or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); For COW Position: At least 10 years' relevant experience in site supervision after obtaining the technical qualification including 6 years relevant experience in the capacity of the COW. For ACOW Position: At least 3 years' relevant experience in building works after obtaining the technical qualification. WORKS SUPERVISOR (WS-BW) Requirements: Certificate in Building / Building Studies from Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College or equivalent; and Attained “Level 2” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or “Grade E” or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); At least 3 years' relevant experience in building works after obtaining the technical qualifications.
