The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of business and technology projects across Life, General, and/or Medical Insurance. The role will manage project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, risks, dependencies, and execution activities to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and programme leadership, the Project Manager will drive project outcomes from mobilisation through implementation, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. 1) Project Planning & Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance transformation and technology projects. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and delivery roadmaps. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Monitor project progress and proactively manage delivery risks and issues. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Support project mobilisation, implementation, and transition activities. 2) Stakeholder Management & Governance Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, sponsors, technology teams, and external partners. Facilitate project governance forums, working groups, and steering committee meetings. Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment across project teams. Escalate key decisions, risks, and issues appropriately. 3) Risk, Issue & Dependency Management Establish and maintain project RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies). Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks. Manage project dependencies across business, technology, and vendor workstreams. Implement issue resolution and escalation processes to minimise project impacts. Support change control processes and assess impacts to scope, budget, and timelines. 4) Vendor & Delivery Coordination Coordinate activities across internal delivery teams, vendors, and third-party partners. Track vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines. Support vendor governance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. 5) Financial & Resource Management Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Support resource planning and allocation across project workstreams. Monitor project expenditure and provide regular financial updates. Ensure effective utilisation of project resources and delivery capacity. 6) Business Change & Implementation Support Partner with business and technology teams to support solution delivery and implementation. Coordinate testing, deployment, business readiness, and transition activities. Support change management and adoption initiatives. Ensure successful handover into business operations and support teams.
