About the role We're looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team and build scalable, secure, and high-quality applications. You'll work across the full application stack — from modern user interfaces to backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud environments. As a senior member of the team, you'll also have opportunities to mentor other developers, provide technical guidance, and take ownership of technical areas or workstreams. Key responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications across frontend and backend systems. Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks. Develop scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrations with third-party systems. Design and optimize data models, database queries, and application data flows. Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code. Apply good engineering practices across security, performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Work with CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with team members to deploy and operate applications. Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, testing, debugging, documentation, and code quality. Explore and contribute to Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities where relevant to product or project requirements. Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, cloud engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Contribute to engineering standards, technical documentation, reusable components, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing. Take ownership of technical areas or workstreams and provide implementation guidance when needed. About you Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5–6+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development. Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as Angular, React, Next.js, or Vue. Strong backend development experience using .NET / ASP.NET Core, Node.js / TypeScript, or comparable technologies. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating external systems. Good understanding of authentication, authorization, API design, and application security fundamentals. Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL. Understanding of database design, indexing, transactions, and query optimization. Experience with Git-based workflows, pull requests, and code reviews. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices. Experience with automated testing using frameworks such as Jest, xUnit, NUnit, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, make practical technical decisions, and contribute effectively within a cross-functional team. Willing to work at the client site when required. Nice to have Experience with Docker and containerized applications. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP . Exposure to Kubernetes or cloud-native environments. Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, or Grafana. Knowledge of Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other caching and messaging technologies. Understanding of OWASP and secure software development practices. Experience with application performance optimization or distributed systems. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation. Experience mentoring developers, leading technical discussions, or owning a technical workstream. Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor , or equivalent.
