Production Supervisor (Saraburi Plant)

SPECIFIC DUTIES 1.Liaise with the Production Manager / Plant Manager with regard to the production planning for each production department and to ensure that the production requirements set in the production plan are achieved.) 2.Inform the Production Manager / Plant Manager of any deviation from the planned production or any problem which will affect product quality or productivity. Act accordingly to resolve any problems that may arise. 3.To check all in-coming raw materials and packaging materials to ensure that they conform with Sika(Thailand) requirements and report any deviation to the Production Manager / Plant Manager. 4.Discuss and recommend practical ideas which can be made to improve efficiency and productivity generally. 5.Action follow as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 including the rules of company. 6.Make sure that all production equipment and associated machinery is kept in good working order. 7.Make sure that all employees receive adequate training or make sure they are appropriate, including Compliance with the production process correctly. 8.Motivate and enforce safety rules and regulations in compliance with established policies and standards. 9.Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager / Plant Manager. Qualification High Vocational or Bachelor Degree Able to work in shifts. Able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license. Experience Experience for production 5 Years or 5 years if not Bachelor Degree Experience in the construction chemicals, concrete, or ceramics industry is preferred
