HR Business Partner - Labor Relations(Onsite)

We are looking for experienced and strategic HRBP Specialists to join our dynamic HR team. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities : Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related matters to support business goals. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce planning needs and drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations. Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to address skill gaps and promote a culture of continuous learning. Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communication across all levels. Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep HR policies and programs competitive. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. at least 2 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role within a BPO set-up. Strong knowledge of HRBP practices, employment laws, and regulations. Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR metrics to inform decisions. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
