Senior Business Analyst (ERP Finance Systems / HRIS) We are recruiting for 2 Senior Business Analyst, ERP Finance Systems / HRIS to support a major public transport operator in Hong Kong. This role sits at the center of ERP Finance or HRIS system implementation work and requires close coordination with business users, vendors, and IT teams to deliver accurate process alignment, system configuration, and testing outcomes. The position focuses on either Finance or HR operations, business requirements analysis, solution design support, and ERP / HRIS integration activities across related business systems. This opportunity is suited to an experienced Business Analyst with either strong ERP Finance or HRIS system knowledge, advanced Excel capability, and the ability to communicate effectively with finance and technical stakeholders What You Will Do? Act as the primary internal coordinator for ERP Finance or HRIS system implementation projects with business users, vendors, and IT teams. Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements related to Finance or HR operations and reporting. Streamline business processes to improve operational efficiency, financial controls, compliance, and reporting capabilities. Participate in solution design workshops and ensure requirements are translated into effective ERP system configurations and solutions. Support and coordinate system integration activities between ERP Finance or HRIS and related business systems. Lead and execute SIT, UAT, and testing cycles while documenting, tracking, and resolving defects. Prepare project documentation, progress reports, training materials, and business process documentation. Provide structured updates, recommendations, and risk assessments to project managers and senior stakeholders. Your Skills A degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience with either ERP Finance or HRIS systems across different modules is required. At least one full-cycle ERP implementation experience is required for this role. Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes is essential for accurate requirements analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to translate complex finance requirements into system solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are required for finance and technical audiences. Strong attention to detail is necessary to manage multiple priorities, issues, and project deadlines effectively. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reports, data analysis, and reconciliation activities are required. Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese are required, with Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
