This role is designed for talented individuals who aspire to grow rapidly in the education industry and move into leadership positions. You will receive systematic training across teaching, curriculum development, parent communication, and marketing , with the goal of advancing to a Teaching Supervisor within 1–2 years. Job Responsibilities 1. Teaching Practice Deliver engaging, interactive English lessons to small classes (8–10 students), ensuring each student receives adequate attention and individualised support. Inspire students' interest in learning, cultivate effective study habits, and build trusting, positive teacher-student relationships. 2. Curriculum Development & Lesson Preparation Participate in curriculum design and refinement; prepare high-quality teaching materials and resources. Actively engage in weekly collaborative lesson planning to continuously improve teaching content and standards. 3. Parent Communication & Student Services Regularly update parents on students' learning progress and provide professional feedback and recommendations for improvement. Lead or participate in parent-teacher meetings, maintain close contact with parents, and enhance parent satisfaction and student retention. 4. Marketing & Enrolment Support Assist in planning and executing high-conversion enrolment activities such as trial classes and English Corners. Host or support educational seminars (e.g., academic planning) to strengthen brand authority and professional image. Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree or above. English, Education, or related disciplines are preferred. Language : Fluent in both Cantonese and English (essential for effective communication with local parents and students). Outstanding standardised test scores (e.g., IELTS 7.5+, TOEFL 105+) are a significant advantage. Mindset : A strong passion for education, with a long-term commitment to developing a career in the industry and clear leadership potential. Traits : Quick learner, responsible, patient with children, resilient under pressure, and a strong team player. Experience : Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with 1–2 years of teaching experience will also be considered. Work Location Required to work across different learning centres in Hong Kong (Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, and New Territories).
