Executive Assistant to CEO Location: Marché Thonglor, Bangkok Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Overview The Executive Assistant to CEO will provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination of daily schedules, meetings, business projects, and confidential matters. The role requires a highly organized, professional, and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Executive Support Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and following up on action items. Screen and manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as required. Organize and coordinate business travel arrangements and related schedules. Strategic Coordination Assist in tracking ongoing business projects and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure progress. Attend key meetings as required, take meeting notes, and ensure action items are properly tracked and completed. Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal teams, business partners, and external stakeholders. Support the CEO in coordinating and following up on business-related matters and projects. Personal & Confidential Matters Assist with selected personal tasks, including appointments, errands, and travel arrangements. Handle sensitive and confidential business and personal information with a high level of discretion. Provide flexible support to the CEO based on business and personal requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field . Minimum 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, or similar role. Experience supporting C-level executives is highly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Microsoft Office , and task/project management tools such as Notion or Trello . Fluent in Thai and English , both written and spoken. Professional, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and flexible. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment .
