Job Responsibilities: 1. Technical Support Management · Undertake the management of medium to large-scale integration projects for the company. · Responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, and technical solutions related to routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and storage devices. 2. End-to-End Project Management · Responsible for analyzing network requirements related to data center scenarios, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting solution planning and design. · Responsible for project management and implementation, including equipment installation, network system integration, debugging, and acceptance. 3. Other Project Management Tasks · Responsible for project initiation, progress planning, quality management, coordination, supervision, documentation, and project acceptance. · Draft basic physical implementation design documents, such as rack layouts, wiring diagrams, and labeling content. · Coordinate and manage the implementation team or partners to ensure high-quality project delivery. · Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project, provide regular updates to customers, and manage customer expectations. · Promote overall project progress to ensure timely delivery and acceptance. · Handle project exceptions, risk control, customer complaint management, and quality management. · Assist in the construction of the project management system, including optimizing management processes and project management templates. 4. Operations Management · Responsible for timely response to network-related issues. · Continuously track and follow up on network-related issues, conduct post-event analysis, and complete relevant documentation. · Provide technical training related to network system maintenance. 5. Team Management · Manage daily team activities and communication with related departments, such as Marketing and Sales. · Track project progress with external service providers, ensure safety requirements are communicated, and ensure timely project delivery. · Communicate with external service providers on a daily basis and coordinate problem resolution to ensure the security and high availability of customers' network infrastructure. 6. Industry Technology Tracking · Actively explore the application of new industry technologies within the company. · Follow and support the development and application of technologies such as InfiniBand (IB) networks, GPU networks, and computing network architecture design and deployment. 7. Other Tasks · Undertake temporary or phased tasks assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements: 1. Education · Associate degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. 2. Language Skills · Good English proficiency, with the ability to read and write technical and business documents. 3. Work Experience · More than three years of work experience related to data center networks. 4. Technical Skills · Have experience in the planning and design of medium to large-scale WANs, data center networks, and campus networks. · Have experience in routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other related network products. 5. Work Attitude · Proactive, independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills. · Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment. 6. Team Spirit · Possess strong team spirit, resilience, learning ability, and adaptability to frequent travel.
