Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Market Development Create and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Identify and assess new market opportunities to increase reach and impact. Partnership Development Build strong relationships with NGOs, hospitals, governments, education sector, and corporations. Engage strategic partners like healthcare organizations, tech providers, and funding bodies. Sales and Revenue Generation Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to boost product adoption. Set and achieve sales targets while fostering client retention, upselling, and cross-selling. Conduct client meetings, product demos, and attend expos and promotional events. Client Interaction & Documentation Address client feedback, resolve issues, and manage schedules. Prepare business documents such as quotations, invoices, and proposals. Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless project execution. Job Requirements 5yrs + experience for Sales / Business Development Manager role Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Passionate, proactive, and willing to learn.
