This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible working hours and is comfortable teaching across multiple centres. Job Responsibilities 1. Small-Class Instruction & Individualised Support Deliver engaging lessons to small classes (8–10 students) , ensuring each child receives adequate attention. Inspire students' interest in learning, cultivate effective study habits, and build trusting, positive teacher-student relationships. 2. Parent Communication Regularly update parents on students' learning progress and provide professional feedback and recommendations for improvement. Lead or participate in parent-teacher meetings, maintain close contact with parents, and enhance parent satisfaction and student retention. 3. Lesson Preparation & Curriculum Development Prepare high-quality teaching materials and resources. Actively participate in weekly collaborative lesson planning to continuously improve teaching content and standards. Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree or above. English or related disciplines are preferred. Language : Fluent in both Cantonese and English (essential for effective communication with local parents and students). Outstanding standardised test scores (e.g., IELTS 7.5+, TOEFL 105+) are a significant advantage. Mindset : A genuine passion for education, with a strong interest in project management and event marketing. Traits : Quick learner, responsible, patient with children, and resilient under pressure. Other : Final-year students graduating after June 2026 are welcome to apply (fresh graduates are also acceptable). Working Hours & Locations Working Days : 2–4 days per week (including weekends).
