Key Responsibilities Manage project costs and budgets for amenity kits, travel kits, cosmetic packaging, and related bag products. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the procurement process for amenity kits. Coordinate and manage supplier and partner inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and execution of projects. Support product development activities by arranging quotations, sourcing samples, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements. Monitor production schedules and workflows to ensure projects are completed within agreed lead times. Source and develop new products based on departmental and customer needs. Coordinate shipments and logistics with freight forwarders, factories, and other relevant stakeholders. Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication. Undertake business travel as required to support project and business objectives. Assist with ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, Fashion & Textiles, or a related discipline. 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or product development, preferably within the amenity kit, travel bag, cosmetic packaging, or related industries. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
