The Dispenser Technician will be on-site visiting customers, growing relationships and solving problems, including installing, servicing and calibrating dispensing equipment used in the production of concrete and related construction products. The Role As a Dispenser Technician, you will support customers across New Zealand by ensuring dispensing equipment operates safely, efficiently and reliably. You will provide technical support, conduct preventive maintenance, assist with product trials, and work closely with sales and customer service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. The role involves regular travel and requires a strong commitment to customer service, safety and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: · Install, maintain and calibrate dispensing equipment at customer sites. · Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs. · Train customers on product handling and equipment operation. · Support concrete product trials and provide technical assistance. · Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve account performance. · Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across technical, operations and sales functions, to identify and leverage further opportunities About you: To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: · Mechanical, electrical, plumbing or related technical qualifications. · Experience servicing industrial equipment or working in the concrete, construction or manufacturing industries. · Strong problem-solving, communication and customer service skills. · Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. · New Zealand Driver’s license Benefits: · Full training provided and clear career development pathways within a global business’ · Full maintained company car · Competitive Salary, including participation in the Company Bonus Program · Supportive team environment with mentoring and development · Exposure to innovative products and technologies
