About the role To blend hospitality with wellness programming, focusing on active ageing, social engagement, and personalised lifestyle experiences that elevate guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities Design, plan & execute a wide range of lifestyle, health and wellness programmes. Develop holistic programmes covering physical fitness, mental wellbeing and preventive health. Integrate wellness offerings into the hotel experience, aligning with brand standards and service excellence. Promote preventive health practices, active ageing and healthy living habits. Work closely with external vendors to deliver evidence-based wellness programmes. Act as the main contact point for all wellness and lifestyle programmes. Build strong relationships to understand preferences and personalise experiences. Partner with F&B teams to design healthy dining options, themed meals and nutrition-focused workshops. Collaborate on events, stay packages and promotions tailored to this group of guests. Manage programmes budgets, scheduling and logistics within hotel operations.
