As an Assistant Manager, Business Solution in the property industry, you will play a key role in delivering technology-driven solutions to support business operations in Sha Tin. They are seeking an Assistant Manager, Business Solution to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions, modernise legacy platforms, and drive scalable technology initiatives across the business. Description Design and manage AI data lake architectures, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure leveraging Alibaba Cloud technologies Develop and optimise data ingestion, transformation, and processing solutions for AI applications Build and deploy AI agents, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions using modern AI frameworks Integrate AI capabilities into existing ERP platforms and business applications to enhance operational efficiency Develop front-end applications and backend services to support AI products and digital solutions Create APIs, microservices, and scalable application architectures for enterprise environments Drive project delivery from proof-of-concept through production implementation and ongoing optimisation Establish technical standards, architecture governance, and best practices across development teams Prepare solution designs, architecture documentation, and technical specifications Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and recommend innovative AI solutions Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across project teams Profile Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience with proven delivery of enterprise-scale solutions Strong hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud services and cloud-based application development Minimum 2-3 years of experience within financial services, banking, insurance, or related industries Solid understanding of AI architecture, RAG frameworks, vector databases, and AI agent technologies Experience working with AI models such as DeepSeek, Gemini, Qwen, or similar large language models Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms including Alibaba Cloud and/or Microsoft Azure Proficient in Python and Java programming languages Experience building APIs, microservices, and system integrations Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies and architecture design Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua Job Offer Opportunity to lead strategic AI and digital transformation initiatives Exposure to advanced AI technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise architectures Collaborative environment with strong career growth and leadership opportunities This is a role to contribute to meaningful projects in Sha Tin.
