Senior Contracts Administrator – High-End Residential Take commercial ownership across architecturally designed homes valued from $5M–$20M Enjoy Monday–Friday work with no weekend requirement and flexible office hours Join a growing builder delivering increasingly significant and technically challenging projects Clear career progression with a supported pathway into Project Management Influence commercial strategy rather than simply process paperwork Work across premium, design-driven builds rather than high-volume projects Responsibilities Lead procurement and negotiate subcontractor and supplier packages Administer contracts, variations, claims and project correspondence Drive programming alongside Site Managers and Foremen Identify opportunities to improve project profitability Manage scopes, pricing, negotiations and subcontract agreements Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and commercial performance Liaise with clients, consultants and construction teams Skills & Experience 7+ years’ experience within construction Contracts Administration Proven experience across high-end residential construction Strong procurement, negotiation and contract administration skills Operate autonomously with strong commercial and financial acumen Communicate confidently with Site Managers, Foremen and stakeholders About the company Growing Sydney high-end residential builder specialising in architecturally designed homes up to $20M.
